  • So now we can rejoice in our wonderful new relationship with God--all because of what our Lord Jesus Christ has done for us in making us friends of God. - Romans 5:11


  • The sin of this one man, Adam, caused death to rule over us, but all who receive God's wonderful, gracious gift of righteousness will live in triumph over sin and death through this one man, Jesus Christ. - Romans 5:17


  • God's law was given so that all people could see how sinful they were. But as people sinned more and more, God's wonderful kindness became more abundant. - Romans 5:20


  • So just as sin ruled over all people and brought them to death, now God's wonderful kindness rules instead, giving us right standing with God and resulting in eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. - Romans 5:21


  • What can we say about such wonderful things as these? If God is for us, who can ever be against us? - Romans 8:31


  • They are the people of Israel, chosen to be God's special children.* God revealed his glory to them. He made covenants with them and gave his law to them. They have the privilege of worshiping him and receiving his wonderful promises.2 - Romans 9:4


  • And if they are saved by God's kindness, then it is not by their good works. For in that case, God's wonderful kindness would not be what it really is--free and undeserved. - Romans 11:6


  • For since the Jews' rejection meant that God offered salvation to the rest of the world, how much more wonderful their acceptance will be. It will be life for those who were dead! - Romans 11:15


  • Oh, what a wonderful God we have! How great are his riches and wisdom and knowledge! How impossible it is for us to understand his decisions and his methods! - Romans 11:33


  • They were very glad to do this because they feel they owe a real debt to them. Since the Gentiles received the wonderful spiritual blessings of the Good News from the Jewish Christians, they feel the least they can do in return is help them financially. - Romans 15:27


  • God will surely do this for you, for he always does just what he says, and he is the one who invited you into this wonderful friendship with his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord. - 1 Corinthians 1:9


  • But to those called by God to salvation, both Jews and Gentiles,* Christ is the mighty power of God and the wonderful wisdom of God.4 - 1 Corinthians 1:24


  • And God has actually given us his Spirit (not the world's spirit) so we can know the wonderful things God has freely given us. - 1 Corinthians 2:12


  • Now let me remind you, dear brothers and sisters,* of the Good News I preached to you before. You welcomed it then and still do now, for your faith is built on this wonderful message.1 - 1 Corinthians 15:1


  • But let me tell you a wonderful secret God has revealed to us. Not all of us will die, but we will all be transformed. - 1 Corinthians 15:51


  • They have been a wonderful encouragement to me, as they have been to you, too. You must give proper honor to all who serve so well. - 1 Corinthians 16:18


  • And so, since God in his mercy has given us this wonderful ministry, we never give up. - 2 Corinthians 4:1
