(Read Watch Part 1 First)

  • One Sabbath day Jesus was in the home of a leader of the Pharisees. The people were watching him closely, - Luke 14:1

  • Jesus watched him go and then said to his disciples, "How hard it is for rich people to get into the Kingdom of God! - Luke 18:24

  • So he ran ahead and climbed a sycamore tree beside the road, so he could watch from there. - Luke 19:4

  • Watching for their opportunity, the leaders sent secret agents pretending to be honest men. They tried to get Jesus to say something that could be reported to the Roman governor so he would arrest Jesus. - Luke 20:20

  • While Jesus was in the Temple, he watched the rich people putting their gifts into the collection box. - Luke 21:1

  • Keep a constant watch. And pray that, if possible, you may escape these horrors and stand before the Son of Man." - Luke 21:36

  • But Jesus' friends, including the women who had followed him from Galilee, stood at a distance watching. - Luke 23:49

  • and he ate it as they watched. - Luke 24:43

  • Peter stood outside the gate. Then the other disciple spoke to the woman watching at the gate, and she let Peter in. - John 18:16

  • It was not long after he said this that he was taken up into the sky while they were watching, and he disappeared into a cloud. - Acts 1:9

  • But Saul was told about their plot, and that they were watching for him day and night at the city gate so they could murder him. - Acts 9:24

  • Watch out! Remember the three years I was with you--my constant watch and care over you night and day, and my many tears for you. - Acts 20:31

  • And now I make one more appeal, my dear brothers and sisters. Watch out for people who cause divisions and upset people's faith by teaching things that are contrary to what you have been taught. Stay away from them. - Romans 16:17

  • So a woman should wear a covering on her head as a sign of authority because the angels are watching. - 1 Corinthians 11:10

  • You see, we are not like those hucksters--and there are many of them--who preach just to make money. We preach God's message with sincerity and with Christ's authority. And we know that the God who sent us is watching us. - 2 Corinthians 2:17

  • But if instead of showing love among yourselves you are always biting and devouring one another, watch out! Beware of destroying one another. - Galatians 5:15

  • Work hard, but not just to please your masters when they are watching. As slaves of Christ, do the will of God with all your heart. - Ephesians 6:6
