  • "Stand up, son of man," said the voice. "I want to speak with you." - Ezekiel 2:1


  • The voice said to me, "Son of man, eat what I am giving you--eat this scroll! Then go and give its message to the people of Israel." - Ezekiel 3:1


  • The moving wings of the cherubim sounded like the voice of God Almighty and could be heard clearly in the outer courtyard. - Ezekiel 10:5


  • With hooks, they dragged him into a cage and brought him before the king of Babylon. They held him in captivity, so his voice could never again be heard on the mountains of Israel. - Ezekiel 19:9

  • Isaiah had spoken of John when he said, "He is a voice shouting in the wilderness: `Prepare a pathway for the Lord's coming! Make a straight road for him!' "*2 - Matthew 3:3


  • And a voice from heaven said, "This is my beloved Son, and I am fully pleased with him." - Matthew 3:17
