(Read Truth Part 1 First)

  • If your master is a Christian, that is no excuse for being disrespectful. You should work all the harder because you are helping another believer* by your efforts. Teach these truths, Timothy, and encourage everyone to obey them.1 - 1 Timothy 6:2

  • These people always cause trouble. Their minds are corrupt, and they don't tell the truth. To them religion is just a way to get rich. - 1 Timothy 6:5

  • You have heard me teach many things that have been confirmed by many reliable witnesses. Teach these great truths to trustworthy people who are able to pass them on to others. - 2 Timothy 2:2

  • Work hard so God can approve you. Be a good worker, one who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly explains the word of truth. - 2 Timothy 2:15

  • They have left the path of truth, preaching the lie that the resurrection of the dead has already occurred; and they have undermined the faith of some. - 2 Timothy 2:18

  • But God's truth stands firm like a foundation stone with this inscription: "The Lord knows those who are his,"* and "Those who claim they belong to the Lord must turn away from all wickedness."*1 - 2 Timothy 2:19

  • They should gently teach those who oppose the truth. Perhaps God will change those people's hearts, and they will believe the truth. - 2 Timothy 2:25

  • Such women are forever following new teachings, but they never understand the truth. - 2 Timothy 3:7

  • And these teachers fight the truth just as Jannes and Jambres fought against Moses. Their minds are depraved, and their faith is counterfeit. - 2 Timothy 3:8

  • They will reject the truth and follow strange myths. - 2 Timothy 4:4

  • This letter is from Paul, a slave of God and an apostle of Jesus Christ. I have been sent to bring faith to those God has chosen and to teach them to know the truth that shows them how to live godly lives. - Titus 1:1

  • This truth gives them the confidence of eternal life, which God promised them before the world began--and he cannot lie. - Titus 1:2

  • They must be silenced. By their wrong teaching, they have already turned whole families away from the truth. Such teachers only want your money. - Titus 1:11

  • They must stop listening to Jewish myths and the commands of people who have turned their backs on the truth. - Titus 1:14

  • For people like that have turned away from the truth. They are sinning, and they condemn themselves. - Titus 3:11

  • So we must listen very carefully to the truth we have heard, or we may drift away from it. - Hebrews 2:1

  • Moses was certainly faithful in God's house, but only as a servant. His work was an illustration of the truths God would reveal later. - Hebrews 3:5
