(Read Trouble Part 1 First)

  • Can anything ever separate us from Christ's love? Does it mean he no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or are hungry or cold or in danger or threatened with death? - Romans 8:35

  • Be glad for all God is planning for you. Be patient in trouble, and always be prayerful. - Romans 12:12

  • But if a man thinks he ought to marry his fianc´┐Że because he has trouble controlling his passions and time is passing, it is all right; it is not a sin. Let them marry. - 1 Corinthians 7:36

  • He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When others are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us. - 2 Corinthians 1:4

  • So when we are weighed down with troubles, it is for your benefit and salvation! For when God comforts us, it is so that we, in turn, can be an encouragement to you. Then you can patiently endure the same things we suffer. - 2 Corinthians 1:6

  • I think you ought to know, dear brothers and sisters,* about the trouble we went through in the province of Asia. We were crushed and completely overwhelmed, and we thought we would never live through it.3 - 2 Corinthians 1:8

  • I am not overstating it when I say that the man who caused all the trouble hurt your entire church more than he hurt me. - 2 Corinthians 2:5

  • We are pressed on every side by troubles, but we are not crushed and broken. We are perplexed, but we don't give up and quit. - 2 Corinthians 4:8

  • For our present troubles are quite small and won't last very long. Yet they produce for us an immeasurably great glory that will last forever! - 2 Corinthians 4:17

  • So we don't look at the troubles we can see right now; rather, we look forward to what we have not yet seen. For the troubles we see will soon be over, but the joys to come will last forever. - 2 Corinthians 4:18

  • In everything we do we try to show that we are true ministers of God. We patiently endure troubles and hardships and calamities of every kind. - 2 Corinthians 6:4

  • I have the highest confidence in you, and my pride in you is great. You have greatly encouraged me; you have made me happy despite all our troubles. - 2 Corinthians 7:4

  • Though they have been going through much trouble and hard times, their wonderful joy and deep poverty have overflowed in rich generosity. - 2 Corinthians 8:2

  • The trouble with you is that you make your decisions on the basis of appearance.* You must recognize that we belong to Christ just as much as those who proudly declare that they belong to Christ.1 - 2 Corinthians 10:7

  • I only wish that those troublemakers who want to mutilate you by circumcision would mutilate themselves.*2 - Galatians 5:12

  • Share each other's troubles and problems, and in this way obey the law of Christ. - Galatians 6:2

  • From now on, don't let anyone trouble me with these things. For I bear on my body the scars that show I belong to Jesus. - Galatians 6:17
