  • Physical exercise has some value, but spiritual exercise is much more important, for it promises a reward in both this life and the next. - 1 Timothy 4:8


  • Do not neglect the spiritual gift you received through the prophecies spoken to you when the elders of the church laid their hands on you. - 1 Timothy 4:14

  • Do not get involved in foolish discussions about spiritual pedigrees* or in quarrels and fights about obedience to Jewish laws. These kinds of things are useless and a waste of time.2 - Titus 3:9


  • The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. - Philemon 1:25

  • Then you will not become spiritually dull and indifferent. Instead, you will follow the example of those who are going to inherit God's promises because of their faith and patience. - Hebrews 6:12


  • By these regulations the Holy Spirit revealed that the Most Holy Place was not open to the people as long as the first room and the entire system it represents were still in use. - Hebrews 9:8
