(Read Sheep Part 1 First)

  • He felt great pity for the crowds that came, because their problems were so great and they didn't know where to go for help. They were like sheep without a shepherd. - Matthew 9:36

  • but only to the people of Israel--God's lost sheep. - Matthew 10:6

  • "Look, I am sending you out as sheep among wolves. Be as wary as snakes and harmless as doves. - Matthew 10:16

  • "Tonight all of you will desert me," Jesus told them. "For the Scriptures say, `God* will strike the Shepherd, and the sheep of the flock will be scattered.'*4 - Matthew 26:31

  • In the Temple area he saw merchants selling cattle, sheep, and doves for sacrifices; and he saw money changers behind their counters. - John 2:14
