(Read Servant Part 1 First)

  • "Remember to obey the instructions of my servant Moses, all the laws and regulations that I gave him on Mount Sinai* for all Israel.2 - Malachi 4:4

  • "Lord, my young servant lies in bed, paralyzed and racked with pain." - Matthew 8:6

  • Then the officer said, "Lord, I am not worthy to have you come into my home. Just say the word from where you are, and my servant will be healed! - Matthew 8:8

  • Then Jesus said to the Roman officer, "Go on home. What you have believed has happened." And the young servant was healed that same hour. - Matthew 8:13

  • "A student is not greater than the teacher. A servant is not greater than the master. - Matthew 10:24

  • The student shares the teacher's fate. The servant shares the master's fate. And since I, the master of the household, have been called the prince of demons,* how much more will it happen to you, the members of the household!4 - Matthew 10:25

  • "Look at my Servant, whom I have chosen. He is my Beloved, and I am very pleased with him. I will put my Spirit upon him, and he will proclaim justice to the nations.2 - Matthew 12:18

  • The farmer's servants came and told him, `Sir, the field where you planted that good seed is full of weeds!' - Matthew 13:27

  • "For this reason, the Kingdom of Heaven can be compared to a king who decided to bring his accounts up to date with servants who had borrowed money from him. - Matthew 18:23

  • "But when the man left the king, he went to a fellow servant who owed him a few thousand dollars.* He grabbed him by the throat and demanded instant payment.8 - Matthew 18:28

  • His fellow servant fell down before him and begged for a little more time. `Be patient and I will pay it,' he pleaded. - Matthew 18:29

  • "When some of the other servants saw this, they were very upset. They went to the king and told him what had happened. - Matthew 18:31

  • Then the king called in the man he had forgiven and said, `You evil servant! I forgave you that tremendous debt because you pleaded with me. - Matthew 18:32

  • Shouldn't you have mercy on your fellow servant, just as I had mercy on you?' - Matthew 18:33

  • But among you it should be quite different. Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant, - Matthew 20:26

  • At the time of the grape harvest he sent his servants to collect his share of the crop. - Matthew 21:34

  • But the farmers grabbed his servants, beat one, killed one, and stoned another. - Matthew 21:35
