(Read Nazareth Part 1 First)

  • "Go away! Why are you bothering us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are--the Holy One sent from God." - Luke 4:34

  • They told him that Jesus of Nazareth was going by. - Luke 18:37

  • "What things?" Jesus asked. "The things that happened to Jesus, the man from Nazareth," they said. "He was a prophet who did wonderful miracles. He was a mighty teacher, highly regarded by both God and all the people. - Luke 24:19

  • Philip went off to look for Nathanael and told him, "We have found the very person Moses and the prophets wrote about! His name is Jesus, the son of Joseph from Nazareth." - John 1:45

  • "Jesus of Nazareth," they replied. "I am he,"* Jesus said. Judas was standing there with them when Jesus identified himself.1 - John 18:5

  • Once more he asked them, "Whom are you searching for?" And again they replied, "Jesus of Nazareth." - John 18:7

  • And Pilate posted a sign over him that read, "Jesus of Nazareth, the King of the Jews." - John 19:19

  • "People of Israel, listen! God publicly endorsed Jesus of Nazareth by doing wonderful miracles, wonders, and signs through him, as you well know. - Acts 2:22

  • But Peter said, "I don't have any money for you. But I'll give you what I have. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, get up and walk!" - Acts 3:6

  • Let me clearly state to you and to all the people of Israel that he was healed in the name and power of Jesus Christ from Nazareth, the man you crucified, but whom God raised from the dead. - Acts 4:10

  • We have heard him say that this Jesus of Nazareth will destroy the Temple and change the customs Moses handed down to us." - Acts 6:14

  • And no doubt you know that God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power. Then Jesus went around doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the Devil, for God was with him. - Acts 10:38

  • " `Who are you, sir?' I asked. And he replied, `I am Jesus of Nazareth, the one you are persecuting.' - Acts 22:8

  • "I used to believe that I ought to do everything I could to oppose the followers of Jesus of Nazareth.*1 - Acts 26:9
