(Read Nation Part 1 First)

  • And then at last, the sign of the coming of the Son of Man will appear in the heavens, and there will be deep mourning among all the nations of the earth. And they will see the Son of Man arrive on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.*6 - Matthew 24:30

  • All the nations will be gathered in his presence, and he will separate them as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. - Matthew 25:32

  • Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. - Matthew 28:19

  • "And there will be strange events in the skies--signs in the sun, moon, and stars. And down here on earth the nations will be in turmoil, perplexed by the roaring seas and strange tides. - Luke 21:25

  • With my authority, take this message of repentance to all the nations, beginning in Jerusalem: `There is forgiveness of sins for all who turn to me.' - Luke 24:47

  • If we leave him alone, the whole nation will follow him, and then the Roman army will come and destroy both our Temple and our nation." - John 11:48

  • Why should the whole nation be destroyed? Let this one man die for the people." - John 11:50

  • This prophecy that Jesus should die for the entire nation came from Caiaphas in his position as high priest. He didn't think of it himself; he was inspired to say it. - John 11:51

  • Godly Jews from many nations were living in Jerusalem at that time. - Acts 2:5

  • Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said to them, "Leaders and elders of our nation, - Acts 4:8

  • you spoke long ago by the Holy Spirit through our ancestor King David, your servant, saying, `Why did the nations rage? Why did the people waste their time with futile plans?4 - Acts 4:25

  • `But I will punish the nation that enslaves them,' God told him, `and in the end they will come out and worship me in this place.'*5 - Acts 7:7
