  • They will live in the land of Israel where their ancestors lived, the land I gave my servant Jacob. They and their children and their grandchildren after them will live there forever, generation after generation. And my servant David will be their prince forever. - Ezekiel 37:25

  • Jacob was the father of Joseph, the husband of Mary. Mary was the mother of Jesus, who is called the Messiah. - Matthew 1:16

  • But now, as to whether there will be a resurrection of the dead--haven't you ever read about this in the Scriptures? Long after Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob had died, God said,*3 - Matthew 22:31


  • `I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.'* So he is the God of the living, not the dead."4 - Matthew 22:32


  • But now, as to whether the dead will be raised--haven't you ever read about this in the writings of Moses, in the story of the burning bush? Long after Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob had died, God said to Moses,* `I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.'*5 - Mark 12:26


  • Judah was the son of Jacob. Jacob was the son of Isaac. Isaac was the son of Abraham. Abraham was the son of Terah. Terah was the son of Nahor. - Luke 3:34


  • "And there will be great weeping and gnashing of teeth, for you will see Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and all the prophets within the Kingdom of God, but you will be thrown out. - Luke 13:28
