(Read Glory Part 1 First)

  • If a person is ashamed of me and my message, I, the Son of Man, will be ashamed of that person when I return in my glory and in the glory of the Father and the holy angels. - Luke 9:26

  • Peter and the others were very drowsy and had fallen asleep. Now they woke up and saw Jesus' glory and the two men standing with him. - Luke 9:32

  • (When he said "living water," he was speaking of the Spirit, who would be given to everyone believing in him. But the Spirit had not yet been given, because Jesus had not yet entered into his glory.) - John 7:39

  • So for the second time they called in the man who had been blind and told him, "Give glory to God by telling the truth,* because we know Jesus is a sinner."1 - John 9:24

  • But when Jesus heard about it he said, "Lazarus's sickness will not end in death. No, it is for the glory of God. I, the Son of God, will receive glory from this." - John 11:4

  • Jesus responded, "Didn't I tell you that you will see God's glory if you believe?" - John 11:40

  • His disciples didn't realize at the time that this was a fulfillment of prophecy. But after Jesus entered into his glory, they remembered that these Scriptures had come true before their eyes. - John 12:16

  • Jesus replied, "The time has come for the Son of Man to enter into his glory. - John 12:23

  • Father, bring glory to your name." Then a voice spoke from heaven, saying, "I have already brought it glory, and I will do it again." - John 12:28

  • Isaiah was referring to Jesus when he made this prediction, because he was given a vision of the Messiah's glory. - John 12:41
