  • "Appoint judges and officials for each of your tribes in all the towns the LORD your God is giving you. They will judge the people fairly throughout the land. - Deuteronomy 16:18


  • Let true justice prevail, so you may live and occupy the land that the LORD your God is giving you. - Deuteronomy 16:20


  • "Suppose a man or woman among you, in one of your towns that the LORD your God is giving you, has done evil in the sight of the LORD your God and has violated the covenant - Deuteronomy 17:2


  • "You will soon arrive in the land the LORD your God is giving you, and you will conquer it and settle there. Then you may begin to think, `We ought to have a king like the other nations around us.' - Deuteronomy 17:14


  • "When you arrive in the land the LORD your God is giving you, be very careful not to imitate the detestable customs of the nations living there. - Deuteronomy 18:9


  • "The LORD your God will soon destroy the nations whose land he is giving you, and you will displace them and settle in their towns and homes. - Deuteronomy 19:1

  • the body must never remain on the tree overnight. You must bury the body that same day, for anyone hanging on a tree is cursed of God. Do not defile the land the LORD your God is giving you as a special possession. - Deuteronomy 21:23


  • the former husband may not marry her again, for she has been defiled. That would be detestable to the LORD. You must not bring guilt upon the land the LORD your God is giving you as a special possession. - Deuteronomy 24:4


  • Remember that you were slaves in the land of Egypt. That is why I am giving you this command. - Deuteronomy 24:22


  • Yes, use honest weights and measures, so that you will enjoy a long life in the land the LORD your God is giving you. - Deuteronomy 25:15


  • Therefore, when the LORD your God has given you rest from all your enemies in the land he is giving you as a special possession, you are to destroy the Amalekites and erase their memory from under heaven. Never forget this! - Deuteronomy 25:19
