(Read Favor Part 1 First)

  • He has sent me to tell those who mourn that the time of the LORD's favor has come,* and with it, the day of God's anger against their enemies.2 - Isaiah 61:2

  • So I will throw you out of this land and send you into a foreign land where you and your ancestors have never been. There you can worship idols all you like--and I will grant you no favors! - Jeremiah 16:13

  • until the Ancient One came and judged in favor of the holy people of the Most High. Then the time arrived for the holy people to take over the kingdom. - Daniel 7:22

  • "Teacher," these men said, "we know how honest you are. You are impartial and don't play favorites. You sincerely teach the ways of God. Now tell us--is it right to pay taxes to the Roman government or not? - Mark 12:14

  • Gabriel appeared to her and said, "Greetings, favored woman! The Lord is with you!*"4 - Luke 1:28

  • "Glory to God in the highest heaven, and peace on earth to all whom God favors.*"1 - Luke 2:14

  • There the child grew up healthy and strong. He was filled with wisdom beyond his years, and God placed his special favor upon him. - Luke 2:40
