  • So you see, we are made right with God by what we do, not by faith alone. - James 2:24


  • Just as the body is dead without a spirit, so also faith is dead without good deeds. - James 2:26


  • What do you think the Scriptures mean when they say that the Holy Spirit, whom God has placed within us, jealously longs for us to be faithful*?1 - James 4:5


  • And their prayer offered in faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will make them well. And anyone who has committed sins will be forgiven. - James 5:15


  • These trials are only to test your faith, to show that it is strong and pure. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold--and your faith is far more precious to God than mere gold. So if your faith remains strong after being tried by fiery trials, it will bring you much praise and glory and honor on the day when Jesus Christ is revealed to the whole world. - 1 Peter 1:7


  • Through Christ you have come to trust in God. And because God raised Christ from the dead and gave him great glory, your faith and hope can be placed confidently in God. - 1 Peter 1:21

  • Show mercy to those whose faith is wavering. - 2 John 1:22


  • John faithfully reported the word of God and the testimony of Jesus Christ--everything he saw. - 2 John 1:2


  • and from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness to these things, the first to rise from the dead, and the commander of all the rulers of the world. All praise to him who loves us and has freed us from our sins by shedding his blood for us. - 2 John 1:5
