  • Because of the covenant I made with you, sealed with blood, I will free your prisoners from death in a waterless dungeon. - Zechariah 9:11

  • Then I took my staff called Favor and snapped it in two, showing that I had revoked the covenant I had made with all the nations. - Zechariah 11:10

  • That was the end of my covenant with them. Those who bought and sold sheep were watching me, and they knew that the LORD was speaking to them through my actions. - Zechariah 11:11

  • You are the children of those prophets, and you are included in the covenant God promised to your ancestors. For God said to Abraham, `Through your descendants all the families on earth will be blessed.'*4 - Acts 3:25

  • God also gave Abraham the covenant of circumcision at that time. And so Isaac, Abraham's son, was circumcised when he was eight days old. Isaac became the father of Jacob, and Jacob was the father of the twelve patriarchs of the Jewish nation. - Acts 7:8

  • They are the people of Israel, chosen to be God's special children.* God revealed his glory to them. He made covenants with them and gave his law to them. They have the privilege of worshiping him and receiving his wonderful promises.2 - Romans 9:4

  • And then I will keep my covenant with them and take away their sins."*3 - Romans 11:27

  • In the same way, he took the cup of wine after supper, saying, "This cup is the new covenant between God and you, sealed by the shedding of my blood. Do this in remembrance of me as often as you drink it." - 1 Corinthians 11:25
