  • Then Noah built an altar to the LORD and sacrificed on it the animals and birds that had been approved for that purpose. - Genesis 8:20

  • All the wild animals, large and small, and all the birds and fish will be afraid of you. I have placed them in your power. - Genesis 9:2

  • So Moses and Aaron did just as the LORD had commanded them. Suddenly, gnats infested the entire land, covering the Egyptians and their animals. All the dust in the land of Egypt turned into gnats. - Exodus 8:17

  • Pharaoh's magicians tried to do the same thing with their secret arts, but this time they failed. And the gnats covered all the people and animals. - Exodus 8:18

  • Pharaoh sent officials to see whether it was true that none of the Israelites' animals were dead. But even after he found it to be true, his heart remained stubborn. He still refused to let the people go. - Exodus 9:7

  • It will spread like fine dust over the whole land of Egypt, causing boils to break out on people and animals alike." - Exodus 9:9
