  • As you know, you Philippians were the only ones who gave me financial help when I brought you the Good News and then traveled on from Macedonia. No other church did this. - Philippians 4:15


  • You do this because you are looking forward to the joys of heaven--as you have been ever since you first heard the truth of the Good News. - Colossians 1:5


  • This same Good News that came to you is going out all over the world. It is changing lives everywhere, just as it changed yours that very first day you heard and understood the truth about God's great kindness to sinners. - Colossians 1:6


  • Epaphras, our much loved co-worker, was the one who brought you the Good News. He is Christ's faithful servant, and he is helping us in your place.*2 - Colossians 1:7


  • But you must continue to believe this truth and stand in it firmly. Don't drift away from the assurance you received when you heard the Good News. The Good News has been preached all over the world, and I, Paul, have been appointed by God to proclaim it. - Colossians 1:23


  • For when we brought you the Good News, it was not only with words but also with power, for the Holy Spirit gave you full assurance that what we said was true. And you know that the way we lived among you was further proof of the truth of our message. - 1 Thessalonians 1:5


  • You know how badly we had been treated at Philippi just before we came to you and how much we suffered there. Yet our God gave us the courage to declare his Good News to you boldly, even though we were surrounded by many who opposed us. - 1 Thessalonians 2:2


  • For we speak as messengers who have been approved by God to be entrusted with the Good News. Our purpose is to please God, not people. He is the one who examines the motives of our hearts. - 1 Thessalonians 2:4


  • We loved you so much that we gave you not only God's Good News but our own lives, too. - 1 Thessalonians 2:8


  • Don't you remember, dear brothers and sisters, how hard we worked among you? Night and day we toiled to earn a living so that our expenses would not be a burden to anyone there as we preached God's Good News among you. - 1 Thessalonians 2:9


  • by trying to keep us from preaching the Good News to the Gentiles, for fear some might be saved. By doing this, they continue to pile up their sins. But the anger of God has caught up with them at last. - 1 Thessalonians 2:16


  • and we sent Timothy to visit you. He is our co-worker for God and our brother in proclaiming the Good News of Christ. We sent him to strengthen you, to encourage you in your faith, - 1 Thessalonians 3:2


  • Now Timothy has just returned, bringing the good news that your faith and love are as strong as ever. He reports that you remember our visit with joy and that you want to see us just as much as we want to see you. - 1 Thessalonians 3:6


  • in flaming fire, bringing judgment on those who don't know God and on those who refuse to obey the Good News of our Lord Jesus. - 2 Thessalonians 1:8


  • He called you to salvation when we told you the Good News; now you can share in the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. - 2 Thessalonians 2:14


  • that comes from the glorious Good News entrusted to me by our blessed God. - 1 Timothy 1:11


  • So you must never be ashamed to tell others about our Lord. And don't be ashamed of me, either, even though I'm in prison for Christ. With the strength God gives you, be ready to suffer with me for the proclamation of the Good News. - 2 Timothy 1:8
