The godly person gives wise advice, but the tongue that deceives will be cut off. - Proverbs 10:31
The godly speak words that are helpful, but the wicked speak only what is corrupt. - Proverbs 10:32
The godly are directed by their honesty; the wicked fall beneath their load of sin. - Proverbs 11:5
God rescues the godly from danger, but he lets the wicked fall into trouble. - Proverbs 11:8
Evil words destroy one's friends; wise discernment rescues the godly. - Proverbs 11:9

Godly people find life; evil people find death. - Proverbs 11:19
You can be sure that evil people will be punished, but the children of the godly will go free. - Proverbs 11:21
The godly can look forward to happiness, while the wicked can expect only wrath. - Proverbs 11:23
Trust in your money and down you go! But the godly flourish like leaves in spring. - Proverbs 11:28
The godly are like trees that bear life-giving fruit, and those who save lives are wise. - Proverbs 11:30
Wickedness never brings stability; only the godly have deep roots. - Proverbs 12:3
The plans of the godly are just; the advice of the wicked is treacherous. - Proverbs 12:5
The words of the wicked are like a murderous ambush, but the words of the godly save lives. - Proverbs 12:6
The wicked perish and are gone, but the children of the godly stand firm. - Proverbs 12:7
The godly are concerned for the welfare of their animals, but even the kindness of the wicked is cruel. - Proverbs 12:10
