(Read Freedom Part 1 First)
Even that question wouldn't have come up except for some so-called Christians there--false ones, really*--who came to spy on us and see our freedom in Christ Jesus. They wanted to force us, like slaves, to follow their Jewish regulations.2 - Galatians 2:4
God sent him to buy freedom for us who were slaves to the law, so that he could adopt us as his very own children.*1 - Galatians 4:5
Dear brothers and sisters,* I plead with you to live as I do in freedom from these things, for I have become like you Gentiles were--free from the law. You did not mistreat me when I first preached to you.4 - Galatians 4:12
It certainly isn't God, for he is the one who called you to freedom. - Galatians 5:8
For you have been called to live in freedom--not freedom to satisfy your sinful nature, but freedom to serve one another in love. - Galatians 5:13
He is so rich in kindness that he purchased our freedom through the blood of his Son, and our sins are forgiven. - Ephesians 1:7
God has purchased our freedom with his blood* and has forgiven all our sins.3 - Colossians 1:14
He gave his life to purchase freedom for everyone. This is the message that God gave to the world at the proper time. - 1 Timothy 2:6
You are not slaves; you are free. But your freedom is not an excuse to do evil. You are free to live as God's slaves. - 1 Peter 2:16
They promise freedom, but they themselves are slaves to sin and corruption. For you are a slave to whatever controls you. - 2 Peter 2:19
