  • At that time there was a severe famine in the land, so Abram went down to Egypt to wait it out. - Genesis 12:10

  • and his mother arranged a marriage for him with a young woman from Egypt. - Genesis 21:21


  • This is the history of the descendants of Ishmael, the son of Abraham through Hagar, Sarah's Egyptian servant. - Genesis 25:12
