(Read Baruch Part 1 First)
"You and Jeremiah should both hide," the officials told Baruch. "Don't tell anyone where you are!" - Jeremiah 36:19
Then the king commanded his son Jerahmeel, Seraiah son of Azriel, and Shelemiah son of Abdeel to arrest Baruch and Jeremiah. But the LORD had hidden them. - Jeremiah 36:26
Then Jeremiah took another scroll and dictated again to his secretary Baruch. He wrote everything that had been on the scroll King Jehoiakim had burned in the fire. Only this time, he added much more! - Jeremiah 36:32
Baruch son of Neriah has convinced you to say this, so we will stay here and be killed by the Babylonians* or be carried off into exile."1 - Jeremiah 43:3
In the crowd were men, women, and children, the king's daughters, and all those whom Nebuzaradan, the captain of the guard, had left with Gedaliah. Also included were the prophet Jeremiah and Baruch. - Jeremiah 43:6
The prophet Jeremiah gave a message to Baruch son of Neriah in the fourth year of the reign of Jehoiakim son of Josiah,* after Baruch had written down everything Jeremiah had dictated to him. He said,1 - Jeremiah 45:1
"This is what the LORD, the God of Israel, says to you, Baruch: - Jeremiah 45:2
